DAY 1 – Arrival + Welcome
- All Day: Airport pickups & hotel check-ins (transportation provided)
3:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Hospitality Suite open with welcome drinks, snacks & gift bags
7:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Welcome Dinner Reception Casual buffet with Ghanaian music & mingling
DAY 2 –Cultural Day + Rehearsal
- 9:00 AM: Traditional Wedding Attire Fitting
- 11:00 PM – 3:00 PM:
* Cultural City Tour
* Kwame Memorial Park
* Arts Centre (crafts, souvenirs)
* Independence Square & the Black Star Gate
* Lunch at Skybar or Bistro 223:30 PM – 5:30 PM: Traditional Wedding Rehearsal
6:30 PM – 8:30 PM: Optional Group Dinner Out at Labadi Pleasure Beach
DAY 3 – Cape Coast & Elmina Trip
- 6:30 AM-7:30 AM:
* Historical Adventure
* Visit Cape Coast Castle & Elmina Castle
* Learn about Ghana’s rich and sobering history
* Lunch in Cape Coast with ocean views - Wedding Party (Evening): All White Wedding Rehearsal
DAY 4 –Traditional Wedding
- 7:00 AM- 9:00AM: Wedding Party: Glam & Preparation
- 10:00 PM – 2:00 PM:
Traditional Wedding Ceremony

DAY 5 – Beach + Jazz
